We look forward to seeing you all on July 12th – July 18th, 2026.

We guarantee you are going to thoroughly enjoy Camp Trident in Colorado. We will have an incredible experience in the Rocky Mountains; hiking, swimming, climbing, jumping, camping, shooting, land navigation, survival skills, exploring, and more.

I am writing to provide some logistical information concerning the upcoming camp in Colorado. The camp Gear list is posted below.

DROP-OFF

DATE: July 12, 2026
TIME: Please try to arrive by 4:00 PM if possible
LOCATION: Colorado Springs Airport (COS), Milton E Proby Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO, USA

Please have your camper/son link up with the Camp Trident Instructors at baggage claim. Colorado Springs is a smaller airport. Campers will find Instructor staff dressed in Camouflage pants and Navy-Blue Camp Trident shirts. If any questions before camp, email Jordan@camp-trident.org. If any concerns during the arrival at the airport, call the Founder Neill Guinan (phone number at the bottom of this document).

Transportation:
We will arrange for ground transportation from the airport to the camp, and from the camp to the airport. If you are having issues with travel logistics please call me, Neil Guinan, at (757) 647-2719.

PICK-UP

DATE: July 18, 2026
TIME: Please try to arrange to depart from Colorado Springs Airport (COS) no earlier than 10:00 am on July 18th if possible.

If your Camper is flying in instead of driving, the Legal Guardian is required to contact staff through Email/Phone to coordinate. The instructor staff also requires a copy of the flight information.

Transportation:

IF YOUR CAMPER IS FLYING IN INSTEAD OF DRIVING, THE LEGAL GUARDIAN IS REQUIRED TO INFORM US OF THE FLIGHT INFORMATION DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. IF YOU OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION AFTER THE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, PLEASE CONTACT OUR STAFF THROUGH EMAIL/PHONE TO COORDINATE. THE INSTRUCTOR STAFF ALSO REQUIRES A COPY OF THE FLIGHT INFORMATION.

GEAR

A detailed Gear List is provided below. All equipment necessary for training will be provided by Camp Trident. In addition, all campers will be issued uniform trousers, shirts, and hats for the camp. We will also provide sleeping bags, but you may bring your own if you so desire. The pillow is optional.

Please bring 1-2 warm sweatshirts and a rain jacket in addition to the normal loadout for camp. You will need to bring adequate numbers of socks, underwear, footwear, and toiletries, as described on the site.

WHAT TO BRING (GEAR LIST):

  • Pants – Uniform pants will be provided
  • Shirts – Uniform T-shirt will be provided
  • Socks – 10 pairs
  • Underwear – 8-10 pairs
  • Swim shorts
  • Running shoes – 1 for running/wearing around and if possible a second pair that can get muddy
  • Flip flops, sandals, or water shoes – for shower and beach (optional)
  • Towels – 2
  • Sunscreen waterproof
  • Face stick
  • Shower kit: please have in plastic bag or mess bag that is labeled
  • Soap
  • Shampoo
  • Toothbrush
  • Toothpaste
  • Deodorant
  • Nail clippers
  • Razor (if needed)
  • Pillow (optional)
  • 2 Sweatshirts (West Virginia and Colorado only)
  • 1 Rain Jacket (West Virginia and Colorado only)

WHAT NOT TO BRING:

These will be locked up during camp.

  • IPODs
  • Electronic games
  • Weapons
  • Extra clothes
  • Ball caps
  • Cameras/ Photos – will be locked up during the camp. Camp staff will be taking photos during the camp.

MEDICAL INFORMATION:

Any medications will be discussed with our medical personnel upon arrival and may be administered by them during camp as necessary.

Our cell phone reception is often limited in the mountains but will check texts and emails at least a few times a day and will reply upon receipt of messages.
